Below are two diagrams suited for our DIY PRS wiring kits and our prewired kits.
These are basic setups for 2 knob PRS models compromising of a master volume, master tone and a 3 way toggle switch.
The below diagram is the same as the above but makes use of a master coil split on the tone control. This is known as the PRS partial coil split as it uses 2, small value resistors on the push pull pot to retain some of the signal from being sent to ground whilst coil splitting. This results in a more balanced sounding split coil. For more information about partial coil splits, refer to our guide.
