All domestic UK items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is generally a next day service but can take 3-4 days in the worst case scenario. We will always obtain a tracking number which will be communicated to you directly.

Different destinations will have different levels of import duty and taxes on all goods entering the destination country. Six String Supplies Ltd is not responsible for said customs duties or additional taxes. We are always available for customer support/aftersales via email or phone to help walk you through installation. However, If you are not comfortable fitting our products into your guitar yourself, or you lack the equipment then you need to take it to a qualified guitar tech to install on your behalf.

If you are local enough, we can fit our prewired kits for you - turnaround times depend on how busy we (and you) are.

We do not offer a custom wiring diagram service but can certainly point you in the right direction.

No - we do not offer custom wiring harnesses, kits or diagrams.

Regrettably, we are not able to offer left handed versions of our kits at this time.

All of our products are from high quality US, UK or Japanese brands.

Our kits and components will fit genuine US made guitars with little or no modification. In short, imperial sized components.

Full dimensions (and in some circumstances, product drawings) are on hand but if in doubt, don't hesitate to check with us. If you are fitting into an eastern imported model, you may have to drill the control holes on your guitar to a larger diameter.

All of our prewired and DIY wiring kits use imperial sized components and therefore require imperial sized control knobs.
