All international shipments are handled by DHL Express or Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery is between 2-15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

For EU based customers:
We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders with a subtotal of €150 or less shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.
You will notice whether or not your country's VAT is calculated and included at the checkout phase.
For all orders with a sub-total over €150, VAT is not included and you will be required to pay any taxes or additional duties to the carrier on entry into customs in your country.
Please note - IOSS only covers EU member states, not members of the single market (ie. Switzerland and Norway are not covered)
You will very likely be charged a handling fee in addition to VAT via the courier (DHL Express), regardless of the value of the items you have ordered.
