Wiring diagram for the 4-way Telecaster setup which allows all three classic Telecaster switch positions plus an extra position which puts the neck and bridge pickups in series giving a fuller, fatter tone. This popular Telecaster setup uses a 4-way switch. For the 4 way Tele mod to work, you need to add a third ground wire from the back of the volume pot to the pickup casing.
